PVT Rudolph Antonio Cantara

PVT Rudolph Antonio Cantara, b. 23 Aug 1911 - d 17 Jun 1944. Son of Joseph and Exire Marie (Fannis) Cantara of Pembroke, Allentown and Suncook, New Hampshire. Rudolph married Victoria Paquin 27 Sep 1941. Victoria was killed in an auto accident in 1946. They apparently had no children. PVT Cantara was drafted in October 1943 and ultimately assigned to B Company 116th Infantry. He is buried in Saint John the Baptist Cemetery in Allentown, New Hampshire.
