PFC Ludger Joseph Boucher

PFC Ludger Joseph Boucher was born 30 Jul 1912 in Quebec Province, Canada to Michel J. and Emilie (Laramie) Boucher.  The family moved to the U.S. in 1913. Michel was a carpenter, he died in 1938.
