PVT Rollin Woodford Davis

PVT Rollin Woodford Davis b. 1 May 1915 - d. 2 Sep 1944. Son of Jefferson Harry and Mollie B (Weir) Davis of Ashtabula County, Ohio. "Woodie" enlisted in 1943 and was ultimately assigned to Headquarters Company 3rd Battalion 116th Infantry. PVT Davis married Lois Jane Hunter who survived him and never remarried. He is buried in the Brittany American Cemetery.
