PVT Paul J. Frodyma

PVT Paul J. Frodyma was born in 1925 in Holyoke, Massachusetts to William Frank and Anna (Szyngiera) Frodyma. In 1940, father William was working as a coffee roaster for a wholesale grocery and reported a 1939 income of $1670.

When drafted in December 1943, Paul was working in manufacturing.  Sent to Europe, Paul was transferred from the replacement depot to E Company 116th Infantry on 24 Jul 1944.  Paul was killed in action on 7 Aug 1944.

PVT Frodyma was repatriated and lies with his parents in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery in South Hadley, Massachusetts.
