PVT John DiCarlo

PVT John DiCarlo is another of those soldier of whom we know very little.  Enlisting from New York state, most likely in 1943, John was assigned from the replacement depot on 7 Aug 1944 to L Company 116th Infantry. PVT DiCarlo was killed in action on 6 Oct 1944. We believe that he was repatriated and may be buried somewhere in New York.
