SGT Kyle Jackson Halsey, b. 8 Oct 1918 - d. 18 Jul 1944. Son of Andrew Jackson and Sena (Hash) Halsey of Grayson County, VA. Drafted in May 1941 Kyle was ultimately assigned to K Company 116th Infantry. He rests forever with his parents in
Potato Creek Cemetery in Mouth of Wilson, VA.
